    國發會主委陳添枝表示，行政院院長林全已指示要提擬十年期，甚至是三十年期的長期公共需求計畫。經濟部長李世光也說，國艦（潛艦）國造、國機國造會努力由台灣製造。

    行政院長林全今天率各部會首長、次長出席「全國工業團體領袖會議」，會中接受產業提問，相關部會首長做出以上表示，回應產業界希望振興經濟景氣發展的需求。



















    但是李世光也說，可是規格部份由國防部主持，經濟部會努力爭取這類案件「是否可以自己開規格，或跟國際合作，規格出來後，然後在台灣製造。」
